eDonor.co.uk is a charitable website founded by the people who brought you Drug-Aware Ltd, a drug and alcohol awareness training organisation since 2001, specialising in training Schools, Hospitals and Companies across the UK. As a result of this connection, we have a long history of working with community agencies, the British Police, the NHS, the HM Prison Service, and our staff have given freely of their time to serve as Voluntary Tutors, Magistrates, and Fund Raisers.

This website acts as a free portal to a wide range of the most popular online retailers. The retailers listed may change over time and after manual review for inclusion on our site, we are unable to continually monitor the content of their sites and have no editorial control over their content. In addition, whilst we make accessing their sites quick and easy and provide a mechanism by which charities may benefit from users of these online retailers, we make no warranty as to the user experience or customer service that visitors may receive.
If you click on a link on the eDonor.co.uk website to a third-party retailer and subsequently purchase an item, your contract is with that third-party retailer and not eDonor.co.uk. On that basis, liability, refunds, returns, terms and conditions of service, cancellation policies and any other aspects relating to your purchase are between you and the online retailer you purchased from. Of course, if we have repeated reports of bad service from particular retailers, we reserve the right to remove them from the eDonor site.
By using eDonor.co.uk you agree to these terms and conditions and hold eDonor.co.uk harmless as a result of your use of this site. We did not oblige you in any way, shape or form to make a purchase from the online retailers listed, we simply provided easy access.
Any brand names, trademarks, domain names or intellectual property used or referred to on this website remain the intellectual property of the respective owners. Any reference to online retailers, is done with their express permission or by virtue of our participation in their affiliate program. If however, for any reason, permission is withdrawn by the intellectual property owner, we will initiate the removal of all references to the intellectual property in question within a 48-hour notice period (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please e-mail any intellectual property requests for action.
Given that we do not ask for any donations, nor do we sell any products directly via the eDonor.co.uk website, the private data stored through our website is minimal – and never includes any financial information. The vast majority of visitors to the website do not complete any forms or provide any personally identifiable data. In the event that you do fill out a form (for example, to nominate a charity, to request the addition of a specific online retailer, or to be kept informed about charities or retailer offers), you understand and accept that your personal data may be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Unless you specify otherwise, you also acknowledge that we may, from time to time, contact you with relevant information or other offers that may interest you.
We also track statistics on visits to our web site. This information is anonymous, and is based upon user behaviour in order to improve visitor experience.
The sale, modification or reproduction of any information obtained from this web site for commercial gain is strictly prohibited without prior permission in writing from eDonor.co.uk.
Our materials are protected by Copyscape – a service which scans the internet for infringement of our intellectual property. This ensures that all infringements are brought to our attention immediately.
We must point out that we greatly appreciate individuals spreading the word about our content and service, and indeed welcome this, but we must protect against the copying of our materials for commercial gain, as this would detract from the donations we are able to give to various charities. So go ahead and tell your friends about us, but please report anyone attempting to use our materials for personal/commercial gain.
In the interests of clarity, we must reiterate that we do not ask for donations, only for your interaction with our website prior to making an online purchase. If anyone solicits you to make a donation, or a purchase, rest assured that this is not us. Please report any suspicious behaviour to us by e-mail.
If you have any further questions about us, please feel free to e-mail us. Failing that, please do anything you can to spread the word about us. Tell your friends on Facebook, Twitter about us, Blog about us – even gossip about us when you are at work!
